The Carbon Intelligence application is a multi-instance application hosted in Europe: OVHcloud in Paris, France (app.eu.carbonintelligence.green), AWS in Europe (app.carbonintelligence.green), and Google Cloud Platform in Europe (pro.carbonintelligence.green).

All content on the carbonintelligence.green website (text, images, graphics, logos, icons, software, databases) is the exclusive property of Carbon Intelligence SAS or its partners and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

The Carbon Intelligence™ trademark is registered with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) under number 5216854. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or use constitutes infringement and may result in legal proceedings.

Only anonymized campaign data is transmitted to these artificial intelligence services. No personally identifiable information is shared.

No personal data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

6.5 Transfers Outside the EU

Some of our processors are located in the United States (Amazon Web Services, Google, Calendly, Perplexity). These transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in compliance with GDPR requirements.

European sovereignty option: Carbon Intelligence offers a fully European processing option. The app.eu.carbonintelligence.green instance, hosted on OVHcloud in Paris (France), exclusively uses OVHcloud AI Endpoints for AI analysis. Available models (Mistral, Llama, Qwen, DeepSeek R1 Distill, GPT-OSS) are hosted on OVHcloud’s sovereign infrastructure in France. With this configuration, no data leaves the European Union. OVH SAS (OVHcloud) and Mistral AI SAS are based in France.

6.6 Data Retention

Contact data: 3 years from last contact
Connection data: 13 months (in accordance with CNIL recommendations)
Client data: duration of the contractual relationship + 5 years (legal obligations)
Cookies: 13 months maximum
